Return Process

  Log into your GraffHQ account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the Return Authorization number is clearly visible on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
